How to cut our cakes for servings

Customers come to us frequently asking how many people a cake will serve. That is sometimes hard to answer because well... it depends how you slice it! Some people like big slices and some like them so thin they fall apart before they hit the plate. There isn't really a wrong way to slice your cake but, there is a more efficient way to make sure you get the servings out of it you need.
